How to change Light intensity?

I would like to change the intensity of the light over time.

I am kinda stuck and don’t know what else I have to integrate to make this work.

After 5 seconds –> Light intensity should gradually be reduced (Dimming the light slowly down instead of turning it off instantly)

Hey there Remozseo!

You haven’t properly setup your Timeline node. Double click the node and create a float curve, from there you can use two points to gradually change the intensity. So using what you provided, a point at the time stamp of 0 should contain the value of 100, and a point at the time stamp of 5.00 should contain the value of 0.

You also need to plug the Update output into the last Set Intensity, not the Finished. Lastly the output that currently says Direction should change to bright green and be named whatever you titled your float curve, that’s what you need to plug into the New Intensity input on your Set Intensity node.
