Receltly I updated my project to 5.8 version and ctrl + tab was redesigned from Last Accessed behavior to Cycling through tabs. Well, I found how to fix that.
TL;DR In Edit->Editor Preferences find Tab Switching Behavior and change it back to Last Accessed Asset. Hope it`ll help someone
