how to change asset properties in sequencer by trigger collision

i’m a new user and i’m learning. I’m producing a video in sequencer (no game) and i need to change the materials to a series of assets (many) when they pass through a certain area. Imagine a tape with many rolls that enter an oven whose material from “raw” turns into “cooked”. I know well how to do it individually with the material parameter collections, but i would like to save a lot of work by activating the blend of the material when the assets pass in correspondence with a trigger.
