How to build nested struct data from CSV ???

Hi,

Is there a way to fill a nested struct with data from a CSV?
I created one and exported it to see what the datastructure in that case is.
However, there are these dynamic identifiers allover the place.

—,Name,Input,Output,CraftEffort
NewRow_0,“Item”,“((Ingredient_3_19C90E9B470454550C30D4A69553AD24=”“StuffA”“,Amount_6_63673A1F435992044697009D740F0657=2),(Ingredient_3_19C90E9B470454550C30D4A69553AD24=”“StuffB”“,Amount_6_63673A1F435992044697009D740F0657=4))”,“((Ingredient_3_19C90E9B470454550C30D4A69553AD24=”“Item”“,Amount_6_63673A1F435992044697009D740F0657=1))”,“50”

I have attached a picture what the struct looks like.
Is there a way I can create that data myself?
