How to build .ipa from .xcodeproj Whick is at Dir: Intermediate/ProjectFilesIOS

I’m using Mac to develop.
Out game need to do something in .xcodeproj, but I can’t build .ipa from the intermediate project(Intermediate/ProjectFilesIOS/xxx.xoceproj).
