How to blend to a specific camera rotation in first person for scenes while playing?

Simple question. Just a first person game. I walk across a bridge and a huge mesh comes out of the water below me. How could I force the camera to slowly move rotation to focus on that regardless of the player input for like 3 seconds.
I understand I can do able player input for a sec…but how do I move the camera to rotate to a specific actor out In the world?

I’m still not sure how this is possible…
I tried setting the camera rotation to something different with a find look to rotation node…but I didn’t get anywhere…
