How to bind camera Z rotation without "Use pawn control rotation"?

Idk if this sounds stupid, but how to bind camera Z rotation without “Use pawn control rotation”? The sample case is: I want to my first person character camera to rotate a little bit right while moving right(on D key).

Obviousely I can turn on “Use pawn control rotation”, but in that case my camera doesn’t match to the chacacter so the movement is messed up in that case. Much appreciate
