How to Bake animations to Control rig without it breaking the animations?

If I bake an animation to the “Control Rig” it will always break the feet animations. Is there a button I should press before baking the control rig or is this an expected behavior ? In either case of baking to the control rig within the sequencer itself or from the anim sequence to the sequencer, it will always break at the feet.

Found the answer! Move it all over to the new skel and rig Manny and Quin.
