How to avoid flickering of animation?

I just was rendering my first test everything Raytraced (GI, Reflection, AO, Translucency/Refraction)

Here is my result:](

as we can see, the AA isn’t the best.
But very clear to see… flickering on the glossy reflective surface of the inner side of the lamp.

What specific settings do you need to change, in order to remove the flickering?

My goal:
Fast FPS is not my goal. My goal is to get a clean and smooth AA and no noise and no flickering of the animation.

correct me if I am wrong:
I would increase Pixel/Samples for GI, Reflections, etc. where ever needed…
