How to avoid Artefacts in Movements in Rendering?

Dear UE Cinematic Community,
i’ve got an issue for the Rendering Pros!

The rendering of my scene, which was recorded with the take recorder, is then correct only if i render from the beginning (green locator at zero). If i set the green locator to a frame higher than zero (e.g. 200) i will receive artefacts in movments, independently of the anti-aliasing settings ( ‘spatial sample count’, ‘temporal sample count’, ‘engine warm up count’ and ‘engine warm up count’ )
