How to attach one blueprint to a component of another blueprint and keep rotation of the component

I have a blueprint that contains a cylinder that has an “AddLocalRotation” node that is rotating it every tick. I have another blueprint that i want to attach to this cylinder in game and have it rotate with the cylinder. Is there anyway to parent one blueprint to the component of another blueprint and have the rotation of the component apply to the spawned blueprint?
