How to attach metasound to any actor?

Can’t find or figure it out so that metasound is attached to the actor and when sound is played from audiocomponent(not play sound at location or other functions that take SoundBase), sound is playing from actor, even if its moving…

Just attach audiocomponent to any actor of your blueprint actor(like skeletal mesh).
