How to attach groom to character

I created an alembic groom in Xgen and have everything working correctly however it is not staying attached to my character. My character is a modular character with different clothing parts in a blueprint class. I tried attaching the hair to the blueprint like the other parts but as soon as my character starts moving my hair does not follow the character. How do I parent it to my character’s blueprint class?

I figured it out. To anyone in the future with this issue go to your character’s skeletal mesh details page. Under “Skin Cache Usage” make sure this is set to Enabled. Mine was set to Auto. Now my character finally has hair!
