How to attach a point light to an animated model in a BluePrint

i have a animated object that’s bobbing up and down and i want a point light to move with the animation of the model in the BP, but i have had no luck. ive been trying a ton of things but i cant find anything, please help!

Hey @SeanPKale1! Welcome to the forums!

This should be very doable, with the light as a Component of your BP and made a child of the mesh that’s animating. You would need to use “Attach Component to Component” node on your BP’s Beginplay.

maybe check the “socket” field too when attaching.
