Hey thank you for your response kipplinger.
I am a bit of a novice at ue4 so was hoping you could explain this to me a bit further.
Ideally i would like to have the characters continuously run along their animation loop in edit mode.
This should save me time in the sequencer as i will not need to individually set the animation of each character.
Of course!!! If anyone knows of a way i can activate each characters animation simultaneously within the sequencer i will be just as satisfied.
Thanks in.advanced for your help
Hello,
I have created a character animation of people walking and standing around moving using Anima.
I have then imported it into UE4. When i press “PLAY” the characters start to move around and animate.
Is it possible to have them animate while I am in the “edit” mode?
Akin to seeing a tree animate with the wind in edit mode…
This in turn will save me time in the animation sequence as i will not have to individually setup each character animation sequence.
You can see a preview of your animated character in the animation bp, you also have the option to set preview variables to see how the state machine handles transitions etc.
