How to animate a wind turbine?

I am making a mod for a game (this is inside a project). I wish to animate a wind turbine. Just something simple as a turbine stand that doesn’t move and 3-way rotor that rotates along an axis. I haven’t been able to find anything online that doesn’t require a 30$ monthly membership, which presents a guide to a similiar case or so.

Would anyone please be able to help me and direct me how to do it, a tutorial that does it or anything?

Um…all you need to do is rotate the blades (root being at center of blades) locally on one axis only.

Check out this Tutorial! SpinningBladeTutorial , just change the axis of rotation.
