How to animate a character movement for a reduced gravity environment?

Let’s suppose that i want to have a character that have to move like the astronauts on the Moon (hopping and walking with a lot of restitution and bounciness)
( for reference)

So, both hopping and walking with quick rotations due to no air friction etc…

What will be the easiest way to achieve that, in blueprints and without creating a custom low gravity walking animations set?
