How to always show cast shadow when camera are too far away.


I am new in UE4 and currently are working in creating a city view for my project. I do have a problem when the camera are far away from the city blocks meshes in a certain distance, the shadow cast are disable.

My current work around solution is to re-scale all the objects down size in order to maintain the distance.

Is that a better solution if I would to maintain the real world scaling ?
