How to add short cut key for Editor Utility Action？

Hello！
Wondering if there is a way to add hot-key for a Editor Utility Action Blueprint since every time I have to right click on the object and find the action in scripted actor action menu.

unfortunately，seems like these short cuts are only respond to default editor functions…
