How To Add .ini MOD Settings

Hi there everyone,

Could someone help me out with how to create .ini options for a modification? E.g. Small Dragons has the ability (as seen in the description) to manually overwrite specific BP data via an .ini configuration.
Maybe it’s something very simple, thereby easily overlooked or the other way around via Graph edits, I dunno… :confused: I’ve tried multiple things but can’t figure it out and I’m hoping you guys can help me with it.
