How to add dirty / duckweed on the water/puddles on UE 5.1?
If anyone has any good tutorial or knows how to… please let me know

You can use a nanite mesh with details and add it on top of the water for a good screenshot.

The best way would be to implement the dirt and grime to the water by modifying the shader / material. A simple texture of noise or dirt connected into the specular and roughness should help you achieve something similar as to what you showed in the image.
