How to add customed sdk to UE4 project?

I’ve a project which has a lot of cpp file and generate some .lib file. I’ve added this sdk to a vs project, and set the properties like this:

and it’ll work. I can use my sdk code easily.

But the properties of ue4 project is different and I can’t set them like normal c++ vs project. So if I wanna add my sdk to a UE4 project quickly, how should I do? By creating a empty plugin? I created plugins before but it’s most functional library and I just wrote code in it. This sdk is a generated code and it’s impossible to rewrite in plugin. So is there some way?
