How to add an inventory for destroyed actors?

After destroying an actor how to add it to an inventory?

Basically I want to add the destroyed items to a list. So if I walk over 10 of them there is some type of ticker that says 10.
Also I have it set up where audio plays when destroying one of the items and I need to make it so I can press a button to stop the audio/ play it again
