How to access spatial thermometer heatmap in UEFN

I am trying to debug memory usage in my island in UEFN. I have run a memory calculation (which it passed :raised_hands: ) but I’d like to be more precise to know how much memory various assets are using. The spatial thermometer heatmap ( Using the Spatial Thermometer Heatmap ) looks perfect but I can’t seem to make it work despite doing the following:

  • Open UEFN level
  • Launch session in Fortnite
  • Double press spacebar to enter flying mode
  • Press M to open the minimap
  • Press T to cycle through view modes

All I get is the standard minimap. I’ve even done this process after a Memory Calculation and that doesn’t make any difference. Does anyone have any ideas what I’m doing wrong?

The only thing I know is that mine doesn’t work either, which is annoying because I can’t even use my memory calculator! I hope this gets addressed soon because it’s kind of hard to measure my data by the bar on the top of my creative screen one cell at a time.

Did someone fix this?

Nope. Fortnite UEFN creative has no heatmap thermometer and no Draw count fps moniter to tell what your memory is either… I’d say its a Necessity
