How tab bars are always visible?

Other tab bars disappear when I open a new window. How do I make all tab bars always visible?
I’m using multiple monitors and many tabs are on other monitors and their constant closing is having a very bad effect on the use of the unreal engine.

Before: Main Window

After: Open New Window on Main
