How stupid can be multicast an Event Tick? Any alternatives?

I want to get this replied this single player movement to all players and clients are not working as it should:

How stupid can be multicast an Event Tick where I have interpolations for making smooth movements and turns?
How can I stop flooding the network when I want to replicate it to all players?

Both screenshots are from the CharacterBP and MoveForward and MoveRight are being called from the ControllerBP
