How should I start the modelling?/need suggestions/

I’m doing my thesis in Unreal Engine and I would like to model my school as FPS war game. I’ve recently got the building plan. I have the width height etc… you know. It’s in meter and e.g. the width is 71 meters. I would like to keep the rate as good as possible. I’ve tried to set the box’s parameters in UE4 e.g. the with is 71 meters in UE4 it’s 71000 value on y coordinate, but it was too big 7100 was soo low. Any suggestions in which program should I do it. Where can i set the witdh height length to keep the rates.

Your school/head of school might not like this (And can even ban you from your school) as its basically a school shooting. You can understand why this is an issue right? (In theory it could be used to “Practice” a real school shooting).

But to answer your questions, 1 unit in 3dsmax/maya is 1 cm. so 71 meter is 71x100 is 7100 units.

I have the permission for that.

As Luos already mentioned, use a 3d program for such stuff → 3ds is a good choice, but when you want something free, take a look at blender :slight_smile:

Nice! But keep in mind that you are not allowed to use it for commercial projects :wink:

For avoid the misunderstanding I’m not planning to destroy my school as FPS game. The story is about a spy robot who tries to gather the informations from our servers and our ‘guards’ spot it and we have to stop the robots.
