How should I set up Chaos cloth simulaiton collision with a modular character approach?

Hi, I use a modular character approach, every modular part only contains the skeleton that they need, others are pruned.

Say I have a modular character body with the skeleton of the root to hip to torso, arms and legs. And I have a modular cape with the skeleton of only the root to hip to cape.

I followed the tutorials of @gozerKeymaster about setting up cape for Echo character but it seems like with my modular character setup, only the collider on hip is picked up by the cape cloth, the colliders on arms and legs are not.

Is there something I did wrong or how should I make the cape cloth to collide with the arms and legs when it doesn’t contain the skeletons of arms and legs?
