Is there a stats window somewhere in the UI that shows how many points are in the scene? This would help me to better estimate how much I need to simplify the model before exporting mesh and textures.
Just switch to “1Ds” in panel where your Image list is shown. The Scene structure will appear, i think there you will find all needed informations. Also clicking on a component will show more details and informations about the selected component.
Also try to read / watch the basic tutorials section, helps a lot
