I have an are with many plants that confuse RC and it doesn’t align very much.
When I add a single control point, does that already help RC when it’s present in all images, or does RC need 2 control points? Or 3? Or how many, please?
Thank you.

In contrast to the official statements, I know that it CAN help in many cases. I always start with one and work my way up from there. I have a similar problem atm where I am battling with an ingrown building. Raising Preselector Features to 20k made a huge difference, for the rest I am trying to salvage it with CPs. I reached 43 this morning. I should know better and just go back and take more photos. It’s quicker! But it’s the usual “just one more” trap…
The general rule of thumb with control points is to use as few as possible and at the same time as many as are needed to get a good alignment.
