Hi, so I was wondering how many blueprints unreal engine 5 has, it will help me to set my expectation of learning the blueprints system whether I need to know everything or learn most important ones if it too many.

A much faster way to learn, is to just try and find out how to do what you want to do, and learn along the way

A few tools gets the job done, learning the basics allows you to understand in a basic sense thousands of possibilities then continue to learn in the direction of your inspiration and creativity, seek the knowledge that solves your problems.
