How long to have a question show up in the Marketplace?

I received an email notification from the Marketplace that somene has asked a question about one of my asset packs. However, when I view that asset pack in the Epic Games Launcher I do not see the question. I received the email minuites ago. What is the lag time between email notification and the appearance of the question in the Marketplace product details page? I’d like to respond to this question ASAP.

I assume Unreral has some protocol for approving questions. Is that the case here?

The OP may have deleted the question. I once quickly edited a question that I had asked and the seller noted the change in their reply.

It has happened to me a few times in the past, I’m almost sure there’s no protocol for approving questions and they are published on the page instantly.

I assume that what happens in cases like this is that the author deleted the question after posting. But we still receive the email, which has some lag.
