How long is it normal to wait for approval?

When I submitted my product initially, I received first feedback (few things I needed to change) quite quickly - next day. Now that I have fixed everything, it has been 10 days and it is still in “pending approval” state. Is that normal?

It has been almost 2 months since my product is “pending approval”. Epic support replied that engineers are trying to solve this.. .. I imagine changing a field in database is truly impossible task :frowning:
