Its now 5 hours after I published my map but Epic is still reviewing it. Is that normal or how long does it usally take? Thanks for awnsers in advance 
should only take 2 minutes. they are literally just sitting there waiting for you to publish your map so they can immediately review it.
but seriously 5 hours is nothing, you have to have some patience.

mines been 25 hours what abt that
Straight after a fortnite update there is a massive increase in map update submissions.
I’m about to hop into the line…
On a quiet day it can happen quickly, just a few hours.
Is the best time to upload a map update after a Fortnite update? or is it the same
It depends on how many maps are being submitted at that time. I expect lots on weekends, a heap when Fortnite updates and a ton when it changes seasons.
Maybe regular Mondays and Tuesdays would give the quickest publishing turn around, probably because its more ideal for creators to get published when most player are online.
