I recommend reading the refund policy. As has been mentioned in this thread, you will need a valid reason to request a refund after which the creator is given time to address whatever the issue may be before a refund is considered. It sounds like you’re trying to refund your entire library though, which doesn’t fall under the current policy. You must also submit your request within 10 days from your purchase date of the product in question.
