how long i can Refund assets from marktplace?
It is possible Refund my complete accound 20+ Buys?
I don’t think Epic will allow this, unless (maybe) you haven’t downloaded any of them (they can see what ones you have downloaded). Best bet would be to email them though. Under normal circumstances you have 10 days to request a refund I believe.
Like Apoisonedgift said, Epic wont refund something without a valid reason, and I really doubt you have 20+ valid reasons.
Pretty much impossible if you downloaded them.
With the download you got the content.
I recommend reading the refund policy. As has been mentioned in this thread, you will need a valid reason to request a refund after which the creator is given time to address whatever the issue may be before a refund is considered. It sounds like you’re trying to refund your entire library though, which doesn’t fall under the current policy. You must also submit your request within 10 days from your purchase date of the product in question.
