How is "Times Can Trigger" for the Attribute Evaluator counted?

I’m making an island where players earn and lose score when they eliminate and get eliminated. I want to award players with bonus XP for reaching specific score milestones (3000, 5000, 7500, and 10000). Since I don’t want them to get bonus XP every single time they get an elimination while having a high score, I was thinking of using the Times Can Trigger option in each Attribute Evaluator.

My question is this: Does “Times Can Trigger” count separately for every player, or is it combined for every player in the game?
