How is the name "Apple I" spoken out in the US?

“Apple one” or “Apple eye”?

Apple One. I’ve never heard a single person say “Apple eye” (unlike, say, “Oh ess ex” which I hear a lot for OS X).

The Apple I was the computer before the Apple ], Apple ]+, Apple IIe, and Apple //c. They used odd characters to represent it, but it has always been pronounced “Apple two”, as it was the second model of computer Apple created.

Officially, it was called the “Apple Computer 1”, and only became known as the “Apple I” or “Apple One” after the Apple II line came out.

Thats what I thought. Thank you very much.

It’s kinda like ZXspectrum. All us americans say it like ZEE EX. When it’s actually pronounced like Zed.
(Don’t forget the Apple IIGS!)
