How has this collision bug not been fixed??

I have experienced this bug on about half dozen of my maps and narrowed it down to streaming being the problem, but in many cases my maps are too large to have streaming disabled. Also, this problem has existed since uefn launch.

Problem:
Collision of actors takes several seconds to initialize

to recreate:
fill a map to 75% or more memory, place spawn pads ( or game flow tele’s), and enable streaming. The problem exist with or without HLOD’s generated.

result:
players fall through at least half of the time. this happens with all platforms: pc, switch, console and mobile

For whatever reason the collision properties dont initialize fast enough. If i disable streaming the problem does not persist but then I am forcing my players to 1 min + loading screen. Also would like to say my SSD went out and I had no URC in place so I cannot update several of my maps experiencing this bug so it would be nice if it can be investigated and fixed? Thanks!
