How expensive is a UPawnSensingComponent?

Hello everyone! In my game, the player has a PawnSensing component (play sounds when the player sees something) as well of most of the enemies. But most of the time, it will be the player and one enemy at a time unless they cross a group of enemies. When I tested out one enemy and the player (both having pawnsensingcomponents), I noticed while I did get over 70-100 FPS, it seemed as if the game skipped a couple frames every few frames. Any idea on how to fix this?

Never mind! Lol it turns out that I had set it to rebuild the navmesh at runtime.
