How easy select hand skeleton bone in IK Retargeting editor?

I’m doing IK retargeting for a character I have rigged and created in Blender. It’s fbx-exported to UE5 and I’m doing retargeting to UE5 Mannequin. In the IK retargeting editor I’m trying to rotate hand but it’s a mess of different bone controls (hand and fingers) and how do I choose the right one and is it possible to only view certain bones and hidden other bones?
