Nvidia quadro cards are not for games and unreal engine 4 is a game engine. Buy an NVIDIA GTX card.
I have been using a Quadro 4000 at 1440 by 900 pixels single monitor. I am able to get 25-35(usually 30) fps on the elemental demo on EPIC quality with Windows 7 64 bit. Quadro Cards can be fine for some gaming, but the price to performance can be poor. Though in most cases a NVIDIA or AMD Gaming card could serve you better.
