How does the BP_SkySphere mesh follow the camera?

Does anyone know what causes the BP_SkySphere mesh to follow the camera around? It doesn’t appear to be any of the scripting since it still worked when I stripped all that out, and I can’t find any property anywhere on the object that seems like it would cause that behavior.

I’d like to see if I could use the same mechanism for placing actual models in the skybox a fixed distance from the camera, but I’m just not seeing how it works.

I don’t think the sky follows the camera. What evidence are you seeing of this?

When playing in wireframe mode, the sphere mesh appears to follow me around, staying centered on the camera.
