How does one get symbolicated logs from iOS?

My app crashes on the splash screen and all I’ve been able to pull are the normal thread/hex logs from iOS. I’m using a Windows PC for most of my development and packaging over network through a Mac. Surely there’s got to be a way to get proper Unreal logs off iOS devices?

Without that stack trace I’m flying blind. Any pointers or help would be appreciated, I’ve been trying to figure this out for days now.

Found the answer: follow the instructions in the answer here on your Mac but the dSYM file you want is not the zip, it’s inside it at YourGame.dSYM.zip/YourGame/dSYM/Contents/Resources/DWARF/YourGame. That is the actual dSYM file you want.
