I have found a free but Creative Commons licensed item/asset. I would like to use it but my issue is that it says I need to cite it because of the CC. However, it doesn’t say how to specifically cite it (believe it wants a link ??) or where in terms of a video game. So, like in the credits? In the game description? In tiny font like a drug side effect commercial? Is there a specific way to cite CC objects for a game? Is there a website or app for video games that keeps track of CC items, like Citationsy does for college papers? Obviously if I use CC assets they should be credited, however as to how that is properly done, I haven’t the foggiest.
