How does Health Bar follow characters in Lyra?

I’m learning Lyra project.
I know how to create a name plate to character.
I don’t understand why a Name Plate follow character, I can’t find any code about it.
Any one know this?

I don’t have Lyra installed right now to check, but usually it’s done using a Widget Component attached to the character.
