"How do you want to open this file?" repeats, windows 8

Can’t open .uproject files through windows explorer; that message just repeats over and over, doing nothing in between.
Probably just me but might be a bug with the batch file or something. < Windows 8.1 >

My uproject files seem to work fine, must be your PC, im on 8.1 also.
