Honestly, we’ve had the same issue managing per-asset tasks — especially stuff like “fix collision on this mesh” or “add proper naming for this rig.” Most of it used to go into spreadsheets or sticky notes :sweat_smile:

Recently came across a plugin that helps with exactly this — you can attach checklists, comments, and descriptions directly to each asset inside Unreal, and it syncs with a clean web dashboard. It’s called Asset Optics.

No idea if it’ll fit everyone’s workflow, but it’s been a nice improvement for us. Worth checking out:
