How do you manage frequently used assets in UE5?

I always felt UE5 was missing a really fast way to access the assets I use or search for most often, Blueprints… so I ended up building my own tool around that workflow.

The main goal was to improve day-to-day speed inside the Editor. I wanted something that reduces clicks and makes jumping between frequently used assets feel instant.

If anyone has ideas, feedback, or suggestions on how this could be improved further or made even more user-friendly, I’d genuinely love to hear it. I’m happy to iterate on it and implement good ideas from the community.

Current key features

  • Create segments to categorize any assets

  • Add single assets, folders, or the currently opened asset

  • Full drag-and-drop support inside the Editor

  • One-click open/close for assets
