How do you make the virtual camera movement match real life camera movement?

I’m trying to add some 3D effects to a video clip and I’m struggling to figure out how to make the camera movement in the virtual production match the camera movement from the clip. If anyone can point me in the right direction it would be very much appreciated.

@Mind-Brain based on this it seems like I have to know the exact gyroscopic data of how I was moving the camera in order to make it match perfectly… next time I will use a tripod hahaha.
